The hunger games have ended and Katniss is moving to Victor's Village. Gale was working in the mine and Katniss hunts to feed both families . After dropping off food for Gale's mother Katniss goes to the Hob to buy liquor Haymitch. Katniss goes home to get dressed for her tour and is surprised to find President Snow.
