Description: Teachers can enable/disable students ability to email external addresses

Teachers can now enable students to send/receive messages from external email addresses (GMAIL, AOL Mail, Road Runner Mail, etc).
To turn this on, click on the Messages manager at the top of the teacher area and then find "Student Send/Receive From External Addresses".

Teachers also have the ability to view the entire mailbox (read, unread, sent, deleted) of any of their students as well.
