Description: add multiple answer boxes in one question for a test

New Question Type for Tests!

Teachers can now create test questions with "multiple" blanks for students to answer in a single question.
Example question below:
An estimate of the mass of a new, unsharpened pencil is about   
A good reference to use when estimating the mass of a small object is    .  It has a mass of about

Steps to create the question are:

1. Create a test
2. Create an "essay" question.
3. Type your sentence/phrase and where you want to put a "blank" for the students to fill in, click on the   icon in the text editor toolbar.
