Description: use the drawing tool on tablets too

Now you can create "Drawing Questions" in the test creator.
The students then have to draw their answer.  Teachers can also insert an image so that the student has to draw on top of it for an answer.
OR...Teachers can create a "Homework Assignment" that students have to complete using the drawing tool.
These can be used on "IPads, Android and Windows" tablets as well!
