The Middle School at Watkins Glen has a great program that they do called Mexican Infusion Week.  All of the 8th grade students and teachers take part, in each subject area.

The FACS teacher, BJ Bristow, made a great powerpoint and I helped her add some Mexican "flair" to it by inserting some songs by Mexican music groups.  To see the powerpoint, click on resources.
