it makes perfect sense when you dont have alot of money to make a budget, because you would wanna know where the little bit of money you do have is going and to make sure it is paying for stuff that you really need to live.

I think living and creating a budget is a great and resourceful idea. It is a reasonable way to keep track of income and your expenses. This way you do not forget the amounts of money that you spend and recieve. I think this a great way to keep my finaces straight, and I am going to try to use this skill when I am in college. Also, when you are short on cash, this could be a great way to keep a record, of your allowance for money. This would be an excellent way to make you sure you are not overspending, which is hard to keep track of mentally.
It makes a lot of sense because if you do not have a lot of money you need to budget so that you can get things that you really need liek food and payments for phones and cars so yes it does make a lot of sense to budget when you have little money

Yes, because if you don't get a lot of money and you spend it reasonablly then the amount you have will increase. Then when the amount increases and your in the habit of a spending plan, you can use it to save the amount you have gotten.
