I would say that I am a supporter/Relator.  The reason I would say this because I am open to others ideas and that I am open to other peoples suggestions.  Also in group work I work well with others and that I can relate to other things from other experinces.  My strengths are my listening skills and my ability to work well with others.  Some of my weaknesses i group work is taking the leadership role and the ability to lead a group into the actual work process.  Another problem is that I am not very creative with my ideas about a job.  I'm not really the artistic person of the group, but I can help out with contributing ideas about the job that the group is doing. Another thing that makes me consider myself a supporter is that I don't really yell at someone when they make a mistake I just try to explain what is done wrong and what they need to do to fix it.  Another thing that is a potential strength is that I can deal with some emotions.  The last potential strength is I can be assertive with a conversation to others.
