The analysis of how well of a communicator I am, was helpful but not all the results I got matched up in terms of listening skills. One evaluation said I "have poor listening skills" while another one cited my listening style as assertive and highlighted the non-verbal and verbal listening cues as a trait. However, I believe that listening and retaining information could be improved, and through evaluating what the person's saying and focusing on their words alone with no bias. Something I do well though would be talking to people more so than listening to others' talk. My opinions are something I share probably a little too much though but I'm good at basic conversations with people I don't know very well. That could be something to improve upon - being more open with people I don't know very well instead of being so guarded. Overall, I could improve on listening, sharing less of my strong opinions, but being open with unfamiliar people.
