Describe the three categories of on-the-job events.
--Injury- anything that requires treatment.
    -Accident- anything that causes injuries.
    -Incident- anything that could have caused injury or accident but didn’t because it was caught in time  3.5.o
What is the difference between an incident and an accident?
Accidents causes injuries. And incidents are minor things that are caught before something bad happens.
Why is it important to report any accident?
So that it can be wrote down no matter if it is a minor accident. With you writing them down you can compare with national rates for similar companies. 3.5.0
 
Why is it important to report an incident?
So that the boss may know if you end up getting hurt when you were working unsafe. 3.5.0
