P-trap:  P-traps come as a one piece or two piece and most of the time has a cleanout with it as well.

trap adapter
: The trap adapter is used to connect two pipes of different sizes and also can be used as a trap.

clean- out
: The clean-out is the one point to  which all the blockage comes to from the drainage system.

Coupling
: A coupling is used to connect two parts together.

Floor flange
:  The floor flange is what connects the toilet to the floor drain.

Adapter
: adapters act just like an adapter by connecting two pipes together. But the one thing that makes it different from all other adapters is that it can connect pipes of different sizes.

What does the trip lever do?
The trip lever is what holds water from leaving and can also be used to let the water out.

Should you trap a water closet? explain.
You should NEVER trap a water closet because if you do, it could make the toilet stop draining.

What is the purpose of a vent
: The purpose of a vent is to release air.

Define DWV
: Drainage Waste Ventilation.
