- Safety is a way of work that must be incorporated into the company culture.

- Fewer at-risk behavior

- Lower accident rates

- Lower absenteeism

4. What is the difference between direct and indirect costs as they relate to an accident?
Direct costs are known to everyone such as Medical costs, Compensation, and Premiums and indirect costs are hidden expenses such as Training replacement workers, Accident investigation and corrective measures, Scheduling delays, Lost productivity, Repairing damaged equipment and property, and Absenteeism.

5. Which is more expensive?

The indirect costs will cost more because the company will have to hire and train another guy, pay for that training, and pay for the medical bills of the injured workers.
