After reading this article, I started to think about how science evolves. There is research happening every single second that will hopefully make our world a better place. I think that cancer is something that strikes at any time and can affect anyone. You could do everything right and if you got the wrong set of genes, you will get cancer. Because no one is spared, it is certainly the focus of tons of research. There is research being done to help identify cancer, to help treat it, and to help prevent it.

This article looks at a way to kill cancer cells. Are scientists certain that this is the magic bullet for breast cancer? What else can/will be done to test the effectiveness of treating breast cancer with AAV2? What are your thoughts about volunteering as a participant in a trial drug or treatment? Do you think that you would volunteer?
