Description: Students continue to work on their sculptures while preparing for the project they will start next week!
The students were very busy today! After listening to the story, The Tiny Seed, the students began preparing for an art project inspired by the story. They used the "magic" crayons to create the paper they will be using, just like Eric Carle did for his story!
The cover of the story reminds us of "The Great Circle" as well as the story itself.
They were also very excited to begin painting the sculptures they created last week. Colorful animals are beginning to appear. Check out the Image Galleries to see the results!
