In the book AirBorn pirates come leaded by Mr.Szpirglas. They raid the ship and take all valuables. Mr.Szpirglas shot Mr.featherstone because he was trying to call for help. When they left there was a wind storm. The ship got stuck in it so did Mr.Szpirgas's ship. Szpirglas's ship hit the aurora causing it to tear. The ship was loosing hydrium. so it was falling down to the ocean. luckily there was an island right by where they landed. they stayed there and fixed there ship.
