My story, "Emperor Pickletine Rides the Bus", by Tom Angleberger, is about a group of kid who are going on a field trip to Washington D.C.. Their Principal, Ms. Rabbski made rules that are reasonable but one rule is no origami. The whole group loves origami and they say that they can not spend one day without it. Most of the group is Dwight, Tommy, Harvey, Jen, Murky, Cassie, Quavondo, Lance, Amy and Mike. They call themselves "The Origami Rebel Alliance." On the way to the field trip, on the bus the group is trying to not make origami and entertain themselves. But all they can really do is sit there and do nothing.
