In the second fifth of my book Ann notices that at the bottom of the XCAS there was the Replico logo.  Ann remembered her dad saying something about his boss working with the government and the president.  Ann's teacher, Mr.Wells got so overworked because of preparation of XCAS that he fainted.  Of course Mr.Warren, Ann's dad's boss, had his daughter go to a private school though so she didn't have to take XCAS.  Ann went home but didn't see the motorcycle this time.  She told her dad what Lep had said and her dad said that he knew Lep and that he was the custodian.  He also said that he thought he knew who was threatening her on the motorcycle and why.  Ann's dad said that it could be the building manager, his name was Tony, and also said that he thought it was because he was rebelling against the building and telling the people who lived there to call the cops for the overpriced hospitality because it was a building for poor people.  The next day she walked with Lep so they could talk about it and on her way home after her and Lep departed Tony bumped her with the motorcycle.  Mr.Warrens daughter, Elise Warren, woke up one morning and her dad said that he was going to Grand Diamond so since she liked the manager asked if she could go.  After she went the manager smiled at her before she went into her helicopter.
