In Football Hero by Tim Green, Ty's uncle, Gus wants him to ask his brother who will play so Uncle Gus can get money. One detail from this part is Ty's older brother Thane took him to his NFL draft to see if Thane gets picked and he got picked first in the NFL draft to the Jets! Anther detail is Thane started taking Ty to dinner on Friday nights and Uncle Gus wants Ty to ask his brother who will play in the game on Sunday for the Jets so he can tell Lucy, a mean bar owner to get him money. One more detail is Thane saw Calvin West, a player on Ty's team that does not like him play dirty with Ty so he taught Ty how to knock Calvin down so Ty tried it and it worked, but this made Calvin very mad  and everyone in school is talking about Calvin beating up Ty in school. That was the second half of Football Hero.
