Eragon, Brom, and Saphira soon traveled to daret, got their supplies and left, after Eragon just started using magic. Eragon flew on Saphira and looked through her eyes, and found flying a lot better. Brom called them down and Eragon told Saphira where to go, and found Brom at a clearing in the trees. They landed, and Eragon found a flask and poured a drop of the shiny oily water on his finger, and he burned his finger as if it were on fire. It was a clue from the Ra'zac. They decided they have to go to Teirm. Eragon and brom sparred one more time, and went to sleep.
