While Percy is on his quest looking for Grover and The Golden Fleece, Percy faces many things such as a sea monster who tries to destroy their ship that they are on, and  they also go on Luke's cruise ship and they get caught by Luke and his Followers they escape his ship by getting a life boat that is on the ship and escape Luke's ship. Throughout the journey Percy went into the Cyclops's cave with Annabeth's help to distract the Cyclops while she was hiding so Percy could go in there and rescue Grover.
