In this part of my book, Holes, Stanley sees the mountain in the shape of a thumbs up sign, and that is what his great-grandfather saw. zero, zigzag, and caveman get into a fight and zero gets mad at Mr. Pendanski, because he called him stupid. so zero smacks Mr.Pendanski in the face with the shovel then goes off and is missing for like 3 days. so Stanley goes to find him, zero is still alive. So they go toward the mountains and climbed up it, so they survive a long walk to a big, far away mountain, and climb up the steep mountain too. That is the summary of the second part of this book.
