Title: The Best Christmas Pageant Ever

The first chapter of The Best Chistmas Pageant Ever is explaining what the Herdmans did that made them "absolutely the worst kids in the history of the world." It even says this in the first sentence of the chapter.What makes the Herdmans bad in this book is that they lie, stole, smoke cigars, talked dirty,hit little kids, etc... A couple of the biggest things they did bad are, they burned down a big, important building. Also, one of them (Claude) brought in the scariest cat. The cat wrecked a bunch of stuff. Those are some examples of what the Herdmans did bad, and how it shows, that they aren't the best kids.
