Continuing the story of Percy, Piper, and Frank who are on their way to find a man named Phineas who can see everything past present and future. They find him in a parking lot keeping food from the harpies that used to do the same to him. Phineas asks them to capture one of the harpies but they won't do it so they each drink a bottle of gorgon blood (one is deadly and the other is healing.) Can Phineas tell which is which?
