My novel joey Pigza swallowed the key by Jack Gantos. this story is about Joey a boy how swallowed a key. One morning joey went to school with his house key so he could get into his house when he got home from school. When joey was at school during math drills he was board so he disided to swallow the key to practice swallowing his meds, so he swallowed the key and pulled it out with the string that was attached to it. then he cept doing it a couple times unstill Mrs. Maxey cought him and pulled the key right out of his mouth and cu the string so it wouldn't happen again.  then joey asked THe kid behind him "how much will you give me if i swallow this and he said $1.00 so he swallowed it and went to grab the string but it was gone, then he yelled out Mrs. Maxey i swallowed my key so she came dashing to him and grabbed his arm and hurried to the nurse. the nurse gave joey some medicine that would make him trow up he throw up but no key so she gave him some more and still no key so then the nurse said he is fine and and tolled him he will poop out the key  in a day or to. then the next day he did.
