In the book Dork Diaries Tales from a Not-So-Happy-Heartbreaker Nikki J. Maxwell  is a writer in the newspaper for a miss know it all column. So for the month of February her friends want to take over because its a month of romance. Nikki Maxwell was invited to Brandons birthday party(her crushes). So as a present she got him 2 coupons to crazy burger. Like 3 days later Brandon asked  Nikki to go to crazy burger with him.
