Mental Wellness Screenings

You should be screened for depression or other mental health issues regularly. People think that getting a mental health screening is a bad thing but it actually is a good thing because screenings can help detect mental health issues before they develop into other more serious issues. There are six different dimensions to wellness and they include occupational wellness, emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, social wellness, physical wellness, and intellectual wellness all of which play a key role in wellness. 

On the left there are links to different websites and the actual health screening forms to help make you feel more comfortable about getting your emotional health screening.

Don't forget - you need your parental consent form signed and returned in order to get screened.  All screenings are confidential!
