Parents/Guardians/Day Care Providers:
Please have a plan in place for your children for after school~unless it is an emergency, the office staff cannot deliver messages to students. School is dismissed at 2:25pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday school is dismissed at 1:10 please be at the appropriate meeting place on time. Thank You!
If you need to visit a teacher or drop something off for your
student(s) please sign in at the main office and get a visitors pass.
Two Hour Delays
When the District has a two hour delay, the student should report to their grade level door to line up. They may enter the building at 10:00am. The first bell will ring at 10:15am and the tardy bell will ring at 10:30am. Breakfast will not be available on two hour delays days.

Box Tops and Soup Labels
Coburn school continues to collect Campbell's soup labels and General Mills Box tops for Education. Our school has benefited greatly from these programs. Please continue to save all of your soup labels and box tops and send them to school with your child.

It is very important that students arrive on time and are picked up on time each day. To avoid any confusion or misunderstandings, please have a plan in place for student pick up at the end of the day. Due to the students schedules (specials, recess,etc.) and release areas, office staff cannot guarantee that messages called in during the day will be delivered to your child on time.
