Every December, the PTO puts on a Holiday Shop for all the Gardner-Dickinson students. We go for a shopping trip in November to the Christmas Tree Shop to buy the items that we will have for sale at school. The kids LOVE it!!

Volunteers Needed! (Contact Chairperson if interested)
- be part of the shopping crew
- assist with shop setup on the evening before the shop opens
- contact local helping agencies in the area to find someone who would like to receive our left over shop items
- be a shopper's helper and work at the shop during the day. We need people to fill 1 hour - 2 hour slots between 8 am - 2:30 pm, all three days of the shop. If you have more time, we'll use it!
- assist with the take down at the end of the last day, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- take the leftover items to one of the helping agencies in Troy

- Update and distribute flyer
- Organize shopping trip to Christmas Tree Shop during November friends and family sale (other PTO members receive the discount coupons and share them with PTO).
- Must have tax-exempt form and signed check from treasurer.
- Work with office staff to arrange setup of tables.
- Organize volunteers to assist with setup, take-down and staffing of all the days of the holiday sale.
- Work with office staff and teachers to schedule class attendance at holiday sale.
