GD girls K-5 are invited to attend the masquerade ball , along with the adult chaperone of their choice. We will have a DJ, crafts, door prizes, snacks and tons of fun. The Cost is $5 per girl and their accompanying chaperone is free. Chaperones are asked to stay for the entire event.

Volunteers Needed! (Contact Chairperson if interested)
- Decoration of the gym at least 1 hour before the event
- Checking in the guests as they arrive
- Serving refreshments
- Assisting at the craft table
- Helping to clean when the event has ended

Chairperson Responsibilities:

- Provide updates to Wynantskill eNews
- Arrange for photo booth and DJ
- Communicate to building staff about needs (tables, chairs, lighting, etc)
- Shop for snacks, decorations, and door prizes
- Be available the night of the event for set-up, running event activities, clean-up, etc
