In the book Skeleton's Creek by Patrick Carman. The setting of the story is in Skeleton's Creek  the main characters name is Ryan and his friend Sarah. The year is unkown but I think it could be in the 2000's  because Ryan and Sarah are sending texts and emails. In Skeletons Creek there was a death in the 80's a man drowned at this building called the dredge. The man is now haunting the place looking for something.
