In 1941 a man named Mark Plotkin went to the Amazon to learn the ways of the Shaman, the Shaman aproves and they take a journey.  As they start out the Shaman doesn't like the man but the man pushes to learn more. The Shamon starts to like the man as they go on the journey. The man has to do things that he never had to do before but he pulls through and at the end of there journey the man is strong and has knowledge that he didn't have before, and the Shamon and the man become great friends.
