Spanish students will continue work with the vocabulary page associated with travel given to them last week. A piece of creative writing will be due on Friday. It must utilize the travel vocabulary and include three verb tenses: the present, preterito indefinido, and preterito imperfecto. |

13 | Preparation for Friday This week students have composed 8 sentences utilizing travel vocabulary. On Friday they will re-write their sentences in Spanish and English. They will be graded using the following criteria:
- 8 sentences in Spanish, using different verbs and/or verb phrases, minimum of 5 words per sentence.
- 2 sentences will use the preterito indefinido, 2 sentences the preterito imperfecto, 2 sentences the present tense, and 2 tenses of the student's choice.
- English translation of the sentences.
- Originality of authorship
- Variety of sentence vocabulary and structure (creativity)
