When you do the air racers you get to use the CAD program to see how it will look and how to make it.  Then when you finish building your air racer you get to put your own design on it.  When you are finish with all the steps that include building and designing it you get to launch the air racer.  To launch the air racers you duct tape down a long rubber band and attach the air racer.  When you let the air racer go, if you have done every step correctly then your air racer should go all the way down the hallway and hit the stairs at the other end. You get an automatic 100 if your air racer goes all the way down the hallway and hits the stairs otherwise your grade will depend on how far your air racer goes, how well you put it together and designed it.
