Daily Schedule

 7:50- 8:15     Arrival, sign in, breakfast
 8:15- 8:30     Morning work
 8:30- 9:00     It's time for morning meeting!  This is the time when the class comes together to sing our good morning song, check out the weather, go over the calendar, and talk about the expectations for the day.  We practice rhyming, letters, sounds, and sight words.
9:00- 10:00    Literacy Centers: ABC center, Handwriting, Art, and reading group with teacher 
10:10- 10:40   special (PE, library, music) 
10:50-11:20   lunch
11:20-11:30   Story time (quiet time reading)
11:30-12:00    Science and Social Studies
12:00-12:20   Large group math lesson  
12:20-1:00     Math Centers:  daily review, patterning, sorting, math games, adding, fine motor activities
1:00-1:45     Choice time (blocks, legos, family area, art, puzzles, sand/water table)
1:45-2:10     clean up, pack mail, snack, prepare for recess
2:10-2:40     recess (outside unless raining or below 20)
2:50  dismissal
