Price: For students who made quota, even though you are on a list, you must come to the ticket table to receive your Prom Ticket. If you do not claim your ticket, you will not be attending prom.
Out of District Guests: Must be under 21, must fill out and turn in Out of District Guest Form (available in Main Office, Mr. Hamula’s Room 158 or Mrs. Lenhardt's Room 204) for approval.
Professional Photos at Prom: Picture Envelope Order Forms will be available the week before the prom and at the prom.
Tables: Students will sign up for tables the week following the purchase of prom tickets.
At Prom: In accordance with Horseheads Policy:
-Student must bring photo ID
-Guests must be accompanied by a student, must have valid photo identification, must have filled out a guest form, and must be under 21 years of age.
-Once a student has entered he/she may not leave.
-No student may enter one hour after the start of the dance.
-Formal Attire Required
Crowning the prom king and queen will take place at 10:00 P.M. Parents of the students on the prom court will be notified where and when to meet to watch coronation.
