The Caring Council is committed to creating an atmosphere of kindness, respect and caring in both the Spencer Van Etten School District and its extended community.  Our mission is to promote a respectful environment by being positive role models, assisting students in making better choices, teaching anti-bullying strategies and positive character traits in order to educate and ensure a safe and friendly learning environment.
