Living Environment

Living Environment is similar to the course more traditionally known as Biology.  Students will focus studies on living systems, including topics such as cytology, biochemistry, evolution, protein synthesis, reproduction, classical and modern genetics, ecology, and human impact on the environment.

There is a lab component that goes along with this course.  Labs provide hands-on reinforcement of concepts learned in class.  Successful completion of the lab requirement is neccessary to sit for the Regents Exam in June.
