Ideas for at Home Exercise:
- Go for a family walk/hike in the neighborhood, on a trail, or to a park.
- Do exercises as a family while watching TV during commercial breaks or pause a movie every 15 minutes and get in five minutes of exercises in your living room (i.e.-push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, burpees, animal crawls, jumping jacks, star jumps, planks, squats, lunges, etc.)
-Turn on music and dance in your home to your favorite songs.
