Who is Mrs. Agnello?
Well, let me tell you! My name is Kathleen Agnello, and I am a 5th grade teacher at Alfred-Almond Elementary School. I began my teaching career in 1996 in Wellsville, NY and was hired in the fall of 1998 at Alfred-Almond. I have taught here ever since! I love this district, and believe in what it stands for…a high-quality education for all students!
I live in Alfred with my husband, and three daughters. My husband, Marc, is a middle school physical education teacher in Wellsville, NY. Our oldest daughter, Faith, is nine and is in 4th grade. Emily, our middle daughter, is 8 and is in 3rd grade. Our youngest, Anna, is 3 ½ , so she spends time at a fantastic child care house while I am at work. Our family time is important, and we love spending time together! We are often seen at various athletic events, cheering the girls on!
I look forward to teaching math and ELA this year. I hope to be able to, through tons of hard work, have each student reach his or her full potential! Let’s have a great year!!
