Extra credit opportunities are available to those students who have all of their regular assignments completed and handed in.
Suggestions for Extra Credit:
1. Create a puppet skit or cartoon that illustrates a science concept learned during grades 5-8.
2. Create an instructional video on how to use a piece of lab equipment such as:
a microscope
a triple beam balance
a graduated cylinder
a metric ruler
3. Create an instructional video on how to measure a rectangular prism with a metric ruler.
4. Create/draw a cartoon that illustrates the four "AGENTS OF EROSION". Each agent of erosion should have its own "costume", and a description of its "superpower".
5. Create a StudyStack of vocabulary words from an investigation we have studied this year, or from one of the vocabulary lists in the NYS Review Book (at least 10 words).
6. Create a game on ToolBoxPro using one of the vocabulary lists.
7. Create a poem, song, or story that illustrates a science concept learned during grades 5-8.
8. Complete one of the STEM challenges
