Homework

Homework:

Homework is meant to be a positive experience and to encourage students to learn. Homework is primarily designed to review and practice what they have learned. Homework gets a student ready for the next day's class. Homework teaches students the fundamentals of working independently and encourages self-discipline and responsibility, as assignments provide students a chance to manage time and meet deadlines. Homework can also teach students how to use resources such as libraries and reference materials. Furthermore, homework allows students to think critically and explore topics more fully than time permits in the classroom.

Homework that is handed in on time may be awarded 100%. If handed in within 24 hours of the due date, 50%. After one-day late a homework will given a zero.
