Fifth Grade Band

Fifth Grade Band will begin in January. 

  We will be practicing and reviewing some of the basics we have

already learned about breathing, support, embochure, attack and release to achieve

an acceptable sound for playing an instrument.

 As soon as the student  (not percussion)  finishes Unit 6 and can play the pattern

 paper in 60 seconds or less they will be invited to join the Fifth Grade Band.

Any student that has a problem - forgot music or instrument should see

Mrs. FitchWilliams before school so I can have time to try to solve the problem.

SIXTH GRADE BAND

Sixth Grade Band meets on Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 - 12:35.

 This group works on music and skills that are more challenging and continues 

 working and reviewing skills learned in fifth grade.
