These are the basic rules for reading groups:

1.  Books are opened flat on the table.

2.  Students follow the text being read with their pointer finger. 

3.  Eyes are on the text being read.

4.  Students raise their hands to respond to questions or to ask a question.

5.  If someone else is having difficulty with a word, students do not interrupt to tell them the word.

6.  Always do your best.
