Homework is assigned each night, although we will make an effort to keep Fridays clear. All assignments will be written on the board in the classroom so students can copy them directly into agendas. It is expected that homework will be completed and handed in on the appropriate due dates. It is our policy NOT to accept late assignments unless the student was absent on the due date. If a student is absent, it is his/her responsibility to collect any missed work (class and homework) and the notes from the day - students are expected to turn in assignments the following day.
We can not stress the importance of reading EACH night. If there isn't a written assignment, students are expected to read at least 30 minutes each night.
