To type your report, please refer to your experimental design sheet AS WELL AS the rubric and directions for your report found on the last page of your student packet  to make sure that your report includes all of the necessary information. Click on the link below to download the template.

Lab Report Design Worksheet

Once your experiment has gotten teacher approval, you must get it stamped and gather the data that your need to fill in your data table.  Once completed, you will type your final report following the directions on page 9 of your student lab packet.  Refer to the Rubric to make sure you won't lose points and use the template as a guide while typing the report.

 Please make sure you save the template (the next file) to your H drive as Yourname_labreport;  for example, asiello_labreport.  Then type in your information, save it, print it and turn it in by the due date.
