When you view your child's grades for Spanish 1, you may notice some attributes that go along with the grade.  Here is a quick explanation of what these attributes mean:

AB- Your child was absent and needs to turn in the work upon their return.

EX- Your child is exempt from this.  Your child's grade will  not be hurt if they do not do this assignment, but choosing to do it (extra credit, for example) may improve your child's grade.

NT- Your child did not turn in the work and has earned a zero.

P- Plagiarism.  Your child's grade will be lowered depending on the severity of the plagiarism.

CH- Cheating.   Your child has been caught cheating.  If this is your child's first offense, he or she can re-do the work, but will get written up.  If your child has been caught cheating prior to this offense, he or she will earn a zero and get written up.
