LEAF RAKING~ There are still 3 lawns in Southport that need to be raked that were not done during our Leaf Raking Day. See Mrs. Webster if you’re interested.
THANKSGIVING PARADE~ Friday, November 29th is the Thanksgiving Parade in Elmira. Call the Community Bank on West Water Street at 733-5533 if you want to sign up. They still have costumes available.
SANTA'S WORKSHOP~ Pine City School has a “SANTAS WORKSHOP” on Saturday, December 7th. They need volunteers to help with the craft tables. You’ll meet in the Cafeteria at Pine City School. Mrs. Wright-Peterson will oversee this event. They need volunteers from 8:30am-12:15pm. There are only 15 slots available. Please sign up outside of Mrs. Webster’s office. It’ll be on a first come, first serve basis. Students should bring a few dollars if they want to purchase food or drinks.
RINGING BELLS FOR THE SALVATION ARMY~ We will be ringing bells on Saturday, December 21st at the Arnot Mall outside of Sears. Students can sign up with a partner for a half hour block of time. You can choose from a time slot in the AM, afternoon or evening. Students can sign up outside of Mrs. Webster’s office. Please indicate your partner and the time of the day you would like.
ARCTIC LEAGUE~ Arctic League needs families to deliver gifts to children on Christmas morning. Students can show up as early as 5am with an adult to get in line to deliver.
FUNDRAISER~ The Yankee Candle Fundraiser should be in within the next few weeks. Thank you to everyone who participated.
