Computer Applications
CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS: Everyone is to be on time and prepared for class. SUPPLIES NEEDED:3-ringed Binder with tab dividers: (1-Calendars, 2-Notes/Examples, 3-Homework, 4-Guest Speakers, 5-Tests), paper, pen and pencil are needed for class.
GRADING PROCEDURES:
The student’s grade will be based on quizzes, tests, homework and projects as follows:
40% Tests (projects may also count as a test grade)
60% Homework, class work, activities, workbook, binder check
Students who successfully complete this class will be able to:
- He or she will now have a marketable skill to get a job using MS Office.
- Be able to apply this know to other classes.
- Save time when doing homework.
- Find it easier to learn other computer programs.
