Here at Waverly Middle School, we want to work with parents to make sure their student gets to school every day.
Our attendance protocols:
6 Days -Daily Phone Calls and Transportation Problem Solving-We work to communicate and problem solve so that we can get rid of any barriers preventing your students from coming to school.
8 Days -Survey- We give students a survey to better understand their absences, and if there is anything we can do to help.
10 Days -Contract- We give students contracts for attendance, and work on incentives to get them to school.
12 Days -Parent Contract and Meeting- We invite Parents in to discuss their students' absences and work together to help them and their students, we establish parent contracts for accountability.
