We earn compliments everyday in our class. Whenever someone tells us we are doing a nice job at something or we are working hard we get one. We always get double compliments when there is a substitute teacher. When we get to 50 the children can list special things they would like to do. Then we vote on it and do one. For example, we might have extra recess, a sledding party, class kickball game, lunch in the room, a special project, movie with popcorn, or bunny playtime. I always tell them "when you do great things everyone notices", so it's a fun way to get recognized for it.
