Horseheads Music Advocates – (http://www.horseheadsmusic.org) HMA is an organization of parents and music educators dedicated to promoting a quality music education program in the Horseheads school district.

SmartMusic – (smartmusic.com) Interactive learning software for students in band and orchestra. A yearly subscription ($40) grants access to the largest digital sheet music library with accompaniment in the world, including (but certainly not limited to!) method books used in lessons at Big Flats. SmartMusic is a great tool for at-home practice! It provides immediate feedback as it listens to the student's performance and shows correct and incorrect pitches and rhythms onscreen.
